At Ceenla, we stand behind the quality of our lighting fixtures and are committed to your satisfaction. We proudly offer a 1-year limited warranty on all chandelier and lighting products purchased through our store.

What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturer defects in electrical components under normal residential use and proper installation, including:

  • Malfunctioning LED drivers
  • Faulty wiring or circuit components
  • Defective switches or dimmer compatibility (when applicable)

If your lighting fixture experiences an electrical failure within 12 months of delivery due to a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace the affected component at no charge.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Physical damage caused by improper handling, installation, or accidents (e.g., chandelier falls, breakage, scratches)
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme environments not suited for the product
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, minor scratches)
  • Bulbs or light sources not included with the original product
  • Products used in commercial or outdoor settings unless explicitly stated as suitable

Claims & Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  1. Order number or receipt
  2. Detailed description of the issue
  3. Clear photos or video of the defective part

We recommend keeping the original packaging and documenting the unboxing process with a video, as this will help in verifying warranty eligibility in case of damage.

Warranty Period

  • Warranty is valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of delivery.
  • Replacements or repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

Installation & Maintenance Reminder

Please ensure your chandelier is installed by a qualified technician and that all components are handled with care during setup. Improper installation may void the warranty.
