At Ceenla, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a customer-friendly return, exchange, and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction with our chandelier and lighting products.
Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. For your convenience, we provide free return shipping and no restocking fees for all approved returns.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Have no signs of installation or wear
- Include all original tags, accessories, packaging, and documentation
Used, damaged, or installed items are not eligible unless the issue is due to a verified manufacturer defect (covered under warranty).
Exchange & Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer:
- A free exchange for another size, model, or design (if available), or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect (e.g., electrical malfunction), we will replace it at no cost under our 1-year warranty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@ceenla.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or a video if applicable.
- Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label to download and print.
- Repack the item securely to avoid damage during return transit.
Return Method
- Returns are accepted by mail only using the provided shipping label.
- We do not accept returns at physical locations or drop-off centers.
Refund Processing
- Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is completed.
Currency Note
All transactions and refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar). If you paid in another currency, your bank may apply conversion rates or charges not controlled by Ceenla.
