This shipping policy outlines our order processing times, delivery expectations, and important steps to take upon receiving your parcel.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
  • Same-day processing applies to orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT+8).
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day.
  • Standard handling time: 28 - 42 business days, during which we verify, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 28 - 42 business days, depending on your location.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (no weekend or public holiday delivery).
  • Estimated total delivery time (processing + transit): 56 - 84 business days in total.

Important Delivery Guidelines

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly ask our customers to follow these steps:

  1. Be available at your address on the day of delivery.
    Couriers may not leave large or high-value items unattended.
  2. Expect a call from the delivery personnel to arrange or confirm the delivery date and time.
    Please keep your phone accessible for coordination.
  3. Carefully inspect and unbox the chandelier upon arrival.
    We recommend recording a video during unboxing to serve as proof in case of any damage or missing components.
  4. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect.
    We will gladly assist with a free exchange or replacement if any issue is reported upon delivery and documented with evidence (photos/videos).

Shipping Cost

  • Free shipping is provided for all orders within Malaysia and United States.
  • There are no hidden delivery fees or minimum order values.

Currency & Payment Notes

  • All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
  • If using a foreign card or account, your bank may apply additional currency conversion or transaction fees these are not charged by Ceenla.
