Nothing about daily life in the guest bedroom feels rearranged around this nightstand, and I like that.
We were still unpacking when this bedside table became part of our primary bedroom, but it immediately gave the space some direction. It gave us one part of the house that felt done while everything else was still settling. It helped bridge a mix of pieces we already had, which made the room feel more cohesive. I did not need to change the rest of our primary bedroom for this bedside table to make sense there. I can change smaller things around this bedside table without feeling like the whole plan for our primary bedroom has to change. The end result in our primary bedroom feels like our home, only more finished.
