I like this most when the house is quiet and my guest bedroom is just being used normally.
Weeks later, the thing I notice most is how complete my bedside area feels with this nightstand.
There is a more finished rhythm to my guest bedroom now, and this piece anchors it nicely. I like that this piece works with what we already had in my guest bedroom instead of making the rest of the room feel outdated. I actually like it more in everyday life than I expected from looking at it on its own. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
For the guest bedroom, the scale of the room feels better to my eye now that the nightstand is part of the arrangement.
