A month later, I am even happier with how this sofa works in our living room.
To my eye in the family room, even when the room is not perfectly tidy, this piece still makes the overall space feel intentional. It was not an instant yes for everyone in the house, but it grew on us quickly.
From the doorway into our living room, our routine did not have to change around the piece; it slid into the room naturally. What surprised me was how little else needed to change once this was in place, especially when everything is not perfectly styled. I appreciate it most on ordinary nights when everyone is home. I am glad I took the time to choose the piece.
