Here in my family room, the piece fits the pace of everyday life in the space better than I expected. I notice it without feeling like the whole room revolves around it. Seeing this sofa with the rest of my family room makes the whole arrangement feel more connected. The room looks intentional without feeling arranged for a photo. With the rest of the room unchanged, I had a hard time deciding what the space was missing, and this piece turned out to be the answer. What surprised me was how much more intentional the room felt from the doorway, especially with the rest of our furniture around it.
