My partner and I had different ideas for our sitting area, and this seat ended up being the thing we both liked. I was aiming for an update that would still feel comfortable day to day, and the room finally has that balance. It has enough presence to matter without making the whole room revolve around it. I am pleased with the decision and with how our sitting area came together.
In our bedroom, I kept coming back to this piece because it looked like it would suit the space, and it does. The room feels more grown-up now, but it still feels like a place we actually live in.
One addition made our sitting area feel much less pieced together, and it was this piece. I am pleased with the decision and with how our sitting area came together.
At first I was unsure how much this chair would stand out in our sitting area, but it settled into the space nicely.
