The serenity of this fully-upholstered sofa starts with the use of calming Ivory mélange performance bouclé fabric surrounding a generous bolster back and deep, long seat. The back and seat are nestled into a bouclé-wrapped frame that curves around the back and sides and along the bottom of the piece creating a nesting effect. This low piece rests on short, round peg legs in Brushed Champagne Gold.

From the first glance across my main sitting area, the room finally has a focal point that still feels easy to live with. The room feels more deliberate, but not like someone styled it just for a photo. For me, that makes this seating piece one of the better choices we made for my main sitting area.
For our main sitting area, I like furniture that settles into a space instead of dominating it, and this sofa does that in the room. I like that this sofa works with what we already had in our main sitting area instead of making the rest of the room feel outdated. It makes the space feel intentional from the first glance without looking too perfect. It fits the relaxed way we actually use the living room. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.
In the finished room, I notice this seating piece most during the ordinary parts of the day, which is probably the best compliment I can give it. I like that this seating piece works with what we already had in our family room instead of making the rest of the room feel outdated. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
