For our dining room, the table turned out to be a better fit than the more elaborate options I considered.
As part of our dining area, my wife and I rarely agree on furniture right away, but this dining table was an easy yes once it was in this room. I can change smaller things around this dining table without feeling like the whole plan for our dining area has to change. I am pleased with the decision and with how our dining area came together.
I like this most when the house is quiet and our dining room is just being used normally. What surprised me was how quickly it stopped feeling like a new addition, especially when I see it from the doorway.
