A lot of furniture looks good by itself, but this piece also works with the rest of our primary bedroom. The room feels calmer at the beginning and end of the day. What surprised me was how much calmer the room seemed, especially with the rest of our furniture around it. The room feels settled now, and I would not change the choice.
My favorite thing is how this nightstand makes our bedroom feel finished without making it look staged. I did not need to change the rest of our bedroom for this nightstand to make sense there. The look has a little more visual presence than I pictured, but it ended up working for the room.
For our bedside area, on a normal day, this bedside table feels like it has always belonged in the room.
