John Richard Bourdon Chest With Doors

In my guest room, a lot of furniture looks good by itself, but this chest also works with the rest of the space. I was aiming for a room that felt collected rather than decorated all at once, and the overall setup now feels much more coherent. The room feels more organized visually even when daily life is happening around it. The bedroom feels more balanced with this piece in the mix. I am glad I took the time to choose this chest.

This piece has a natural place in our guest room now, whether we are using the space or just walking through. The space feels calmer now without looking too formal. I spent more time than expected deciding on the placement, though I am happy with it now.

After the first few days, this chest stopped feeling new and simply started feeling right in the bedroom.
