Jonathan Charles Arlingham Shelter Bed - King

Living with the bedroom piece day to day has made me appreciate the decision more, not less. It did not take long for the piece to feel like it belonged with everything else. It stands out just enough and still lets the rest of the room do its job. I like how the bedroom piece gives my bedroom a clearer point of view without taking over. For me, that makes the bedroom piece one of the better choices we made for my bedroom.

There is a more finished rhythm to our bedroom now, and the bed anchors it nicely. What surprised me was how quickly the room started to feel finished, especially when the house is busy. It changed the mood of the room more than I expected. I wish I had planned the surrounding pieces around it sooner; once I did, the room made more sense.

This was the piece that made my bedroom stop feeling half-finished. It changed the mood of the room more than I expected. I wanted the room to feel finished without feeling formal, and this gets very close to that balance. The space looks polished while the house still feels lived in. What surprised me was how quickly it stopped feeling like a new addition, especially on a quiet weekday. The end result in my bedroom feels like our home, only more finished.
