In our home office, the more we use this room, the more natural this piece feels there. What surprised me was how much the surrounding furniture benefited visually, especially at the end of the day. I like that this piece works with what we already had in our home office instead of making the rest of the room feel outdated. The office feels less improvised during the normal weekday routine. The room feels settled now, and I would not change the choice.
As part of my work corner, the nicest part is how naturally this desk became part of our everyday use of this room. The room looks intentional without feeling arranged for a photo. I was concerned the room might feel too designed, but the result is still very livable. For me, that makes this desk one of the better choices we made for my work corner.
