For the mood we wanted in the primary bedroom, I was not looking for a dramatic change, yet this piece noticeably improved the way the space comes together. I can change smaller decor around it without feeling like the room has to start over. The surrounding furniture feels less random now that this piece is part of the primary bedroom. There is enough character to notice without making the space feel busy. I spent a lot of time comparing options and am glad I did not rush the decision.
