Theodore Alexander Kesden Curio Cabinet

It is easy to appreciate this case piece on an ordinary weekday because it feels so at home in the living area.

For our dining room, I like furniture that settles into a space instead of dominating it, and this case piece does that in the space. I wanted the room to feel finished without feeling formal, and this gets very close to that balance. It has enough presence to matter without making the whole room revolve around it. It gives the room direction while keeping the relaxed feeling we wanted. I am happy with the balance we ended up with in our dining room.
