At first I was unsure how much this sofa would stand out in my main sitting area, but it settled into the space nicely.

A month later, I am even happier with how this seating piece works in my living room. The room feels more finished, but not more formal, and that balance matters to me. For me, that makes this seating piece one of the better choices we made for my living room.
With the rest of the room unchanged, nothing about this sofa feels forced in the room; it simply makes the arrangement look more intentional. What surprised me was how little else needed to change once this was in place, especially when friends are over. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
