For the way we use our dining area, of everything I changed in the room, this table made the most immediate visual difference.
Instead of changing everything in my sitting room, I added the piece, and that was enough. The surrounding furniture feels less random now that the piece is part of my sitting room. I was aiming for a piece that would add presence without taking over, and nothing around it had to change. The space looks polished while the house still feels lived in. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
