For our study, it has been a quiet upgrade to the room and one we appreciate more in daily use than we expected. I was aiming for a room that looked considered but not precious, and the room feels easier on the eye. The room feels more collected during everyday use. It is slightly more noticeable in the room than I expected, though not in a way I regret.
Within my hallway, I usually need time to warm up to new furniture, but this case piece made sense in the space right away.
Within my dining room, I had been overthinking this part of the room; the cabinet solved the visual problem more simply than I expected. The area feels more intentional whenever I walk through it. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
This was the piece that made our dining room stop feeling half-finished.
