Before guests arrive, there is very little I feel the need to change around this chair in the sitting area. A couple of guests have commented on how finished the space looks now.
What I notice most is how easily the accent chair settles into the living room during taking a break during the day.
During visits from friends, the sitting area feels welcoming and the seating piece looks completely at ease there.
I wanted the sitting area to feel finished rather than decorated, and this seating piece helped get it there. The room still feels relaxed, which was important to me.
