I wanted one strong piece without making our entryway feel busy, and this worked out well. It helped bridge a mix of pieces we already had, which made the room feel more cohesive. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.
The room did not need a full redo; adding the console table was enough to make it feel considered. I like that the room still feels relaxed rather than overly coordinated. What surprised me was how much more intentional the room felt from the doorway, especially when everything is not perfectly styled. For me, that makes the console table one of the better choices we made for my entryway.
Looking at our entryway now, the balance in the space changed for the better once this console table was there.
