Using the room normally, I like that the console table looks good without needing everything around it to be perfect. It works with the rest of our furniture instead of competing with it.
I bought it for the foyer, but I appreciate it most during welcoming guests because the space just works better. I am glad I did not try to fill the spot with something busier. It made the entry feel much more considered. It is noticeable enough to add character, but not so noticeable that everything else has to match it. It took me a little while to find the placement I liked best, but now the room feels right.
On slower weekends, I like how the entryway table helps the entryway feel polished without losing its casual side. My partner was unsure at first, but likes the room much more now. It made the entry feel much more considered. For us, it was the right call.
