As part of my guest bedroom, a lot of furniture looks good by itself, but this piece also works with the rest of the room. What surprised me was how easy it was to keep the room feeling relaxed around it, especially when the room is being used normally. The room feels settled now, and I would not change the choice.
Even with the rest of our primary bedroom unchanged, this dresser made the setup feel more complete.
Among the other furniture in the guest bedroom, the room finally has a focal point that still feels easy to live with. It stands out just enough and still lets the rest of the room do its job. I did not need to change the rest of the guest bedroom for this piece to make sense there. I can change smaller things around this piece without feeling like the whole plan for the guest bedroom has to change. I am pleased with the decision and with how the guest bedroom came together.
