In the primary bedroom, I wanted one strong piece without making the space feel busy, and this worked out well.
Instead of changing everything in our primary bedroom, I added this chest, and that was enough. It has become one of those pieces that quietly makes the room feel complete.
The overall look is calmer now that this chest is part of our living area. It has enough presence to matter, but the room still has breathing space. From different parts of our living area, this chest still feels like it belongs with everything else. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
