In my family room, the rest of the room finally makes more sense around this chair.

In the reading corner, I was aiming for understated, and this chair landed in the right place visually. There is character here, but not so much that the space feels busy.

There is a more finished rhythm to my family room now, and this chair anchors it nicely. I like how this chair gives my family room a clearer point of view without taking over. I was aiming for a calmer overall arrangement, and the room finally has that balance. I am happy with the balance we ended up with in my family room.
