Used over holiday meals, the buffet feels like a genuine part of the room beside the kitchen rather than something decorative only. It has been especially nice over holiday meals. It made the room feel more pulled together. I would happily choose it again for the same space.
While finishing the room beside the kitchen, I kept coming back to this dining room piece, and it turned out to be the right call.
With the room actually being lived in, this sideboard still feels polished without seeming too formal. Nothing about it feels fussy in day-to-day use. It gave the dining area a proper focal point. Overall, it has been an easy piece to enjoy.
Walking into the room beside the kitchen, I notice the space feels much more complete with this buffet there.
