My spouse was skeptical about changing our primary bedroom, but this nightstand won them over pretty quickly. The compliments have been about the room as a whole, not just one object, which I like. To my eye in my guest bedroom, I notice this nightstand most during the ordinary parts of the day, which is probably the best compliment I can give it. It has become part of the bedroom routine without drawing too much attention.
