- Finely crafted using time-tested joinery and construction methods, lumber is selected, sanded and assembled by hand to ensure that all the joinery is clean, flush, and smooth to the touch.
- Multiple coats of silky smooth varnish is applied and sanded by hand to provide lasting protection that is resistant to stains, moisture rings, heat damage and abrasions.
- Natural variations in solid wood and hand-applied finishes make each piece unique. Slight grain and finish irregularities as well as subtle differences in stain shades are signs that the furniture has been crafted from solid wood and are considered hallmarks of quality.
- Natural hardwoods have specific characteristics that make them warm and appealing to the eye. Swirls, knots, pitch pockets and burls are some characteristics that contribute to the natural beauty of finely crafted hardwood furniture.
- Hardwoods oxidize, or change color, from exposure to direct light. The color of the wood will deepen over time and take on a warm glow and soft patina.
- Digital images are an approximation of the actual color and vary from monitor to monitor and, as such, cannot be considered an exact representation of a product's actual color.

For the way we use my bedroom, this is the kind of furniture choice that makes the whole room feel more deliberate.
From across our primary bedroom, the bedroom piece gives the arrangement a clearer sense of balance. The bed now feels like the true center of the bedroom, which is what the room had been missing. The room feels settled now, and I would not change the choice.
Even when the room is not perfectly tidy, this piece still makes the overall space feel intentional. What surprised me was how natural it felt with pieces we already had, especially with the rest of our furniture around it. The surrounding furniture feels less random now that this piece is part of our guest bedroom. Our guest bedroom feels better as a whole, which matters more to me than any single detail.
