From one side of our guest bedroom to the other, there is something nice about furniture that makes this room feel better without changing how you live in it. I like that this piece works with what we already had in our guest bedroom instead of making the rest of the room feel outdated. What surprised me was how much the surrounding furniture benefited visually, especially once the smaller decor went back into the room. I am happy with the balance we ended up with in our guest bedroom.
In the overall arrangement, on a normal day, the dresser feels like it has always belonged in this room. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
As part of my guest bedroom, this is the kind of furniture choice that makes the whole room feel more deliberate. I can change smaller things around this dresser without feeling like the whole plan for my guest bedroom has to change. It makes the morning routine feel like part of a more finished room. This ended up being exactly the kind of update my guest bedroom needed.
