Getting our front room ready for visiting family pushed me to finally choose this console table, and I am glad it did. I wanted the room to feel welcoming before people arrived, not overly decorated. This ended up being exactly the kind of update our front room needed.
This was the piece that made our front room stop feeling half-finished.
The overall look is calmer now that the console is part of my entryway. The piece adds definition, but the room still feels comfortable. The space feels calmer in the normal flow of the house. I would make the same decision for my entryway again.
