From one side of the guest bedroom to the other, I kept coming back to this bedside table because it looked like it would suit this room, and it does. I like how this bedside table gives the guest bedroom a clearer point of view without taking over. The surrounding furniture feels less random now that this bedside table is part of the guest bedroom. It is slightly more noticeable in the room than I expected, though not in a way I regret.
With everything else left as it was, I was aiming for understated, and this nightstand landed in the right place visually. It makes the space feel intentional from the first glance without looking too perfect.
Among the other furniture in the guest bedroom, the room did not need a full redo; adding this nightstand was enough to make it feel considered.
For this part of the house, one addition made the space feel much less pieced together, and it was this piece. It made a surprisingly big difference to the way the bedroom reads as a whole. The surrounding furniture feels less random now that this piece is part of our bedroom. I wanted the room to feel finished without feeling formal, and this gets very close to that balance. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
