Compared with the room before, it is surprisingly hard to find furniture that feels distinct without feeling loud, and this bedroom piece gets that balance right.
After moving, our primary bedroom was the space that felt least complete, and the bedroom piece changed that.
After the first few days, this bedroom piece stopped feeling new and simply started feeling right in the bedroom. The space looks polished while the house still feels lived in. I can change smaller things around this bedroom piece without feeling like the whole plan for the bedroom has to change. The room has a better sense of proportion to my eye now. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.
When I look at our primary bedroom as a whole, the placement feels right, the room feels settled, and I am glad I chose the bed. The space feels more restful and finished now. I am glad I took the time to choose the bed.
