Most days, the seating piece simply feels like it belongs in the sitting area, which is exactly what I wanted. It gave the corner a reason to be used. I can see this staying in the room even if we change some of the surrounding pieces later. So far it has been the rare purchase that looks good and also fits the way the room is actually used. It has been a solid addition to the room.

Without changing anything else, this seating piece made the bedroom corner feel more edited and complete. I have already stopped thinking of it as the new piece, which is probably the best compliment. It adds just enough personality to the room. My partner and I usually disagree on furniture, and this was one of the easier choices for both of us. The room feels more intentional now without losing the casual atmosphere we wanted. It has earned its place in the room.
