There is a more finished rhythm to the dining area now, and the credenza anchors it nicely.
This piece has a little more visual presence in my main dining space than I expected, but I like the room much better with it there.
For the mood we wanted in my living area, the space feels much more pulled together now, and this sideboard is a big reason why. What surprised me was how much the surrounding furniture benefited visually, especially when I look at the room as a whole. It has become a quiet anchor for the dining space. I am glad I took the time to choose this sideboard.
