In normal use, the living room table has been an easy addition to the den and never feels fussy. The first placement did not quite work for me, but moving it slightly made a big difference. It pulled the seating area together right away. So far it has been the rare purchase that looks good and also fits the way the room is actually used. I am pleased with the decision.
One thing I appreciate is how the living room table gives the living room presence without making it feel crowded. The oval shape works nicely with the way the room is laid out.
Before guests arrive, there is very little I feel the need to change around this coffee table in the sitting area. A couple of guests have commented on how finished the space looks now. Very happy with how it has worked out.
