For our primary bedroom, I thought I would mostly notice the look, but what I like is how normal the piece feels in our day-to-day life. The overall effect in our primary bedroom is stronger than the individual piece looked on its own.

The best sign is that the piece already feels like part of our regular routine in the living area. The room feels more grown-up now, but it still feels like a place we actually live in. I was hoping the piece would pull the living area together, and it did that without making the space feel overly coordinated. The living area feels better as a whole, which matters more to me than any single detail.

In my living area, I like that this piece still feels right on an ordinary weekday, not just when the room is cleaned up for company.
