As part of the everyday room, the best sign is that this sideboard already feels like part of our regular routine in the room. It gives the room direction while keeping the relaxed feeling we wanted. I would make the same decision for my dining area again.
With the smaller details kept simple, it is surprisingly hard to find furniture that feels distinct without feeling loud, and this sideboard gets that balance right. I am pleased with the decision and with how our dining area came together.
