We were still unpacking when this nightstand became part of our primary bedroom, but it immediately gave the space some direction. I was hoping this nightstand would pull our primary bedroom together, and it did that without making the space feel overly coordinated.
With our existing furniture around it, living with this bedside table day to day has made me appreciate the decision more, not less. I was aiming for a more connected look across the room, and the space finally feels finished. The room feels more finished, but not more formal, and that balance matters to me. Seeing this bedside table with the rest of our guest bedroom makes the whole arrangement feel more connected. The bedside area feels much more finished at night and first thing in the morning. I am glad I took the time to choose this bedside table.
As part of our bedroom, my partner and I had different ideas for this room, and this nightstand ended up being the thing we both liked. I like that this nightstand works with what we already had in our bedroom instead of making the rest of the room feel outdated. I am happy with the balance we ended up with in our bedroom.
