In our dining room, the room was close to done before, but the credenza gave it the last bit of direction it needed. For me, that makes the credenza one of the better choices we made for our dining room.
It is easy to appreciate this sideboard on an ordinary weekday because it feels so at home in our dining area. The overall effect in our dining area is stronger than the individual piece looked on its own. What surprised me was how much the surrounding furniture benefited visually, especially during the ordinary parts of the week. For me, that makes this sideboard one of the better choices we made for our dining area.
We use the living area all the time, and the piece has fit into that routine without making the space feel precious. Seeing the piece with the rest of the living area makes the whole arrangement feel more connected. I was aiming for a room that looked considered but not precious, and the change feels noticeable without feeling dramatic. It helped the dining area feel like a complete room rather than just a table and chairs. For me, that makes the piece one of the better choices we made for the living area.
