- The Bywater commode with its extraordinary and much admired bronze hardware was inspired by an English 18th century chest in the painted Swedish genre.
- This bow-fronted piece with its polka dot drawer lining is a classic in its own time.
- Use it in an entry or a bedroom or even as a pair, each side of a chimney piece in a drawing.

In our guest bedroom, the more we use the space, the more natural this dresser feels there. I notice it without feeling like the whole room revolves around it.
Within our primary bedroom, my partner and I had different ideas for the room, and this piece ended up being the thing we both liked. It feels good when a furniture choice works for the people who actually live with it. I went back and forth on where it belonged before everything clicked.
We chose the dresser after a major clean-out and reset of our guest bedroom, and the space feels much more intentional now.
Getting our primary bedroom ready for visiting family pushed me to finally choose this dresser, and I am glad it did. Finishing the room after so many other decisions felt like a relief. It was not an instant yes for everyone in the house, but it grew on us quickly.
