This is not furniture we tiptoe around; this desk simply feels like part of the house now. I am glad I took the time to choose this desk.
For my study, the piece has been easy to work into this room because the overall design does not feel fussy.
Within our work corner, family came over recently, and this work table ended up getting more compliments than anything else in the room. It was not an instant yes for everyone in the house, but it grew on us quickly.
After moving, our work corner was the space that felt least complete, and the desk changed that. New spaces can feel temporary for a while, and this helped ours move past that stage. This ended up being exactly the kind of update our work corner needed.
