In our day-to-day setup, my favorite thing is how this bedroom piece makes the room feel finished without making it look staged. The overall effect feels considered without becoming precious. For me, that makes this bedroom piece one of the better choices we made for my primary bedroom.
As part of our bedroom, I like furniture that settles into a space instead of dominating it, and the piece does that in the room. The room feels more finished, but not more formal, and that balance matters to me. I did not need to change the rest of our bedroom for the piece to make sense there. I was aiming for something that would work with what we already owned, and this got us much closer to it. The room feels settled now, and I would not change the choice.
For the guest bedroom, this bedroom piece turned out to be a better fit than the more elaborate options I considered. I appreciate that the overall look is distinctive without becoming demanding. What surprised me was how easy it was to keep the room feeling relaxed around it, especially on a quiet weekday. I wish I had planned the surrounding pieces around it sooner; once I did, the room made more sense.
