As part of my guest bedroom, the best sign is that this piece already feels like part of our regular routine in the room. The room feels calmer at the beginning and end of the day. I can change smaller decor around it without feeling like the room has to start over. It made a surprisingly big difference to the way the bedroom reads as a whole.
