Instead of making the room busier, this coffee table gave the sitting area a clearer sense of purpose. It feels appropriate for real life, not just for a styled photo. It works well with the way we actually use the living room. The rectangular shape works nicely with the way the room is laid out. I like that it contributes to the room without turning the space into a display. Overall, it has been an easy piece to enjoy.
During board game nights, this coffee table is the part of the family room that makes everything feel more settled. My partner was unsure at first, but likes the room much more now. Very happy with how it has worked out.
