I was looking for one piece to settle the dining room, and this dining table ended up doing exactly that. It feels appropriate for real life, not just for a styled photo. It turned out to be exactly the kind of update we needed.
My first impression was good, but the dining room centerpiece makes even more sense after seeing it in the breakfast room every day. The room still feels relaxed, which was important to me. It works just as well on a normal weeknight as it does when people come over. The round shape works nicely with the way the room is laid out. It feels like a keeper.
Over Sunday breakfast, I especially notice how well the table belongs in the open dining area. It works with the rest of our furniture instead of competing with it.
