My daughter noticed that our living area looked finished the first evening the console was there. It was nice to hear someone else notice the same improvement I had been seeing. I notice it without feeling like the whole room revolves around it. For me, that makes the console one of the better choices we made for our living area.
It was the final furniture decision for our new place, and this console table made our front room feel settled. The transition through the space feels much more finished.
I chose the piece during a post-move furniture reset, and it helped our living area feel less temporary. I am happy with the balance we ended up with in our living area.
