I keep noticing that the entryway feels more balanced now, especially when coming home. I have already stopped thinking of it as the new piece, which is probably the best compliment. No regrets on this one.
Walking into the entryway, I notice the space feels much more complete with this console table there. I was looking for a change I would notice every day, and this has been exactly that. It finished the space without adding visual clutter. My partner and I usually disagree on furniture, and this was one of the easier choices for both of us. I needed a few days to get used to its presence in the room, and I like it much more now.
Making the hallway feel complete took fewer changes than I expected once this entryway table was in place. A couple of guests have commented on how finished the space looks now.
At our house, the accent console has blended into the hallway much faster than I expected. Nothing about it feels fussy in day-to-day use. It has been a solid addition to the room.
