My sister asked about this cabinet the first time she saw our study. There is character here, but not so much that the space feels busy.
This piece has a natural place in my dining room now, whether we are using the space or just walking through.
Looking at the study now, I was not looking for a dramatic change, yet this piece noticeably improved the way the room comes together. I was aiming for a space that felt finished without looking formal, and this ended up being the right direction. For me, that makes this piece one of the better choices we made for the study.
There is a more finished rhythm to our dining room now, and the cabinet anchors it nicely.
