I wanted one strong piece without making my guest bedroom feel busy, and this worked out well. From different parts of my guest bedroom, this piece still feels like it belongs with everything else. My guest bedroom feels better as a whole, which matters more to me than any single detail.

My spouse was skeptical about changing our bedroom, but the bedroom piece won them over pretty quickly. For me, that makes the bedroom piece one of the better choices we made for our bedroom.

For my bedroom, this has become one of those pieces I stop noticing as new because it fits our routine so well. The room has a better sense of proportion to my eye now. The look has a little more visual presence than I pictured, but it ended up working for the room.
