In our day-to-day setup, the piece has been easy to work into the space because the overall design does not feel fussy. What surprised me was how much the whole arrangement improved with one choice, especially during the ordinary parts of the week.
In the context of my living room, this was the piece that made this room stop feeling half-finished. The chair looks at home in the space even when the rest of the room is being used normally.
Here in our living room, one addition made this room feel much less pieced together, and it was this seat. I am glad I did not choose something more ornate for this space. The space feels more mature now without losing the relaxed feeling we wanted. I am happy with the balance we ended up with in our living room.
Here in my family room, the room feels less temporary with the seat in it. It made the corner feel inviting rather than simply filled. My family room feels better as a whole, which matters more to me than any single detail.
